Worst experience of my life on board the X8 in February. I was thrown across the vehicle into elderly passengers, and every time the bus stopped, I was thrown forward and backwards viguresly. It was like being in a formula 1 race car for the entire journey. Many passengers weren't happy, and it was the worst journey of my life. I am gobsmacked from the approach of the driving when asking for his name to report this (description; beard, glasses and middle aged). Sounds similar to the other 1* review. Will not be using the bus again for this!

I had an incident with a driver with a mini bus full of school children, driving way to fast on a country lane in wet conditions. I emailed Damory 3 times and never got a reply. I feel when carrying children you should drive carefully, not like you are on a racetrack. I am sure parents would rather their child be a few minutes late than not arrive at all?????
