We had a noise develop on a coach while away on tour in Dorset. We made contact with Ian and explained the problem and that the coach was due to be on an excursion the next day near him and would it be possible for his team to take a look. "No Problem" was his reply which made my stress levels come down some what. We are based in Lincolnshire and too far away to help. Got a call soon after our coach arrived at his garage to say all was ok. Top bloke Cheers
